Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, vendors, and drivers by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, building exteriors, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Document observations, incidents, and access-control activity accurately and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
