About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol Security Officer supporting a healthcare location in Clayton, North Carolina. The officer will help safeguard the site by conducting routine and random patrols, monitoring access points, identifying and reporting unusual conditions, and providing professional service and communication. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, at a pay rate of $21.21 per hour. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to applicable state and local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific security procedures and policies and, when appropriate, carrying out emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and facility concerns.
Monitor access points and verify authorization for visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence.
