Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
X-ray screening experience is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or delivery drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Screen individuals, belongings, packages, and/or other items in accordance with site procedures and applicable screening requirements.
Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or irregular activity to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
