About The Position

SecureOne Security Services is hiring on-call Security Officers to provide open-shift coverage and emergency coverage across client sites in the Phoenix/Tempe areas. Officers are contacted when a site has an open post and must be available to respond on short notice. The role involves working across different client locations and varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. It may suit candidates seeking flexible hours or building toward a full-time schedule.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Arizona Guard Card (armed and/or unarmed).
• Must be available to respond on short notice and work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Reliable cell phone and transportation required.
• Clean background check and drug screening required.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide security coverage at assigned client locations on an as-needed basis.
• Conduct patrols, monitor premises, and maintain a visible security presence.
• Respond to and document incidents, hazards, and policy violations.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
• Follow site-specific post orders and company procedures at each location.
