About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer for a truck stop site in Shafter, California. The role involves monitoring security systems and screens to identify suspicious activity or threats, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, controlling access, and helping protect people and property. The schedule is 16 hours per week, Sunday and Monday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The hourly wage is $21.73. A uniform is provided at no cost, and career growth opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and have completed additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have good eyesight and the ability to maintain focus.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities
