As a Security Officer Full Time Bilingual Unarmed Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control operations. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping maintain a secure environment. Requirements

Have at least two years of security-related experience.
Be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouse spaces, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures and help maintain orderly entry and exit processes.
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately in required reports and logs.
