Security Officer - High Rise
About The Position
GardaWorld is hiring a Security Officer for a high-rise building in Plano, TX. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to conduct patrols, act as a point of contact for incidents, monitor property for rule infractions, observe and report on activity, provide rapid response in critical situations, and write detailed reports. The officer will also enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards. Requirements
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- State license if required
- 21 years of age or older
- Demonstrate a stable work history
- Reliable transportation
- High customer service skills
- Driver License

Responsibilities
- Conduct roving patrols of the facility perimeter to detect unauthorized entry or other suspicious activity.
- Act as point of contact for incidents and emergencies.
- Monitor property for rule infractions.
- Observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- Provide rapid response in critical situations.
- Read and write detailed reports.
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
