As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Goldsboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and remain visible to help deter incidents. A valid driver’s license is required for this driving post. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and support security-related operations with integrity. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and contractor entry in accordance with site-specific procedures, maintaining accurate logs and documentation.
Observe and report potential hazards, damaged property, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
