As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and support badge and access control procedures. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
The ability to comfortably use a computer or tablet is preferred.
The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and incidents as required.
Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, contractors, and public service personnel while supporting a welcoming commercial real estate environment.
