About The Position

Securitas is hiring Security Officers to help keep a client site safe in Rutland, Vermont. The role helps maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring and patrolling the premises, preserving order, and enforcing site regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the area. Officers may also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. The position is available as part-time and per-diem (as-needed). Per-diem officers must be willing and able to cover at least one 8-hour shift every 30 days. No security experience is required; training is provided. Securitas will assist with applying for a Vermont Guard Card after an offer is accepted.

Requirements

At least 21 years old.
Strong customer service skills.
A high level of professionalism.
Attention to detail, vigilance, and commitment to compliance.
Vermont Guard Card; the company will assist with applying for one after an offer is accepted.
