Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and facility concerns.
Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and provide directions or assistance as needed.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders according to established protocols.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in clear, accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
