Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal standards for a financial institution location.
  • Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify identification and access permissions, and document visitor and delivery information in accordance with site protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
  • Support security-related operations by answering questions, directing guests, managing incoming calls, and reporting suspicious behavior or policy concerns to site leadership.
  • Complete routine logs, incident reports, and other assigned documentation while maintaining awareness of front desk activity and access control needs.
