About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed Security Officer for an aerospace and defense location in Auburn, Washington. The role involves patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible security presence, supporting access control, and providing customer service and communication. The officer follows site-specific policies and procedures, responds to incidents and alarms, monitors access, and documents observations and activities. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM and Friday from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The pay rate is $22.87 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, identifying and reporting unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or security concerns.
• Accurately document patrol observations, incidents, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
