The Security Officer maintains a secure environment for employees, visitors, and client property by monitoring and patrolling premises. The role focuses on preventing unauthorized access, detecting suspicious activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations, while demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, security, and customer service. Security Officers protect industrial and commercial client properties against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry. Clients include office buildings, residential properties, distilleries, corporations, financial institutions, telecommunications businesses, manufacturing and industrial facilities, hospitals, and other organizations. Initial training helps officers earn their Security Officer Certification. Posts that involve operating a company vehicle are limited to candidates over age 25 with a screened motor vehicle record; accidents and violations are reviewed case by case.
