As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and embraces innovative service.

Requirements

Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial office buildings, lobbies, parking areas, loading docks, common areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; assist with directing guests and responding to access-related questions.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required documentation.
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while supporting a professional environment for occupants and visitors.
