As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Security Patrol in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and maintain accurate daily activity, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming and orderly environment.
