About The Position

Walden Security is hiring a part-time Security Officer in Lake Wales, Florida. Security Officers protect clients’ industrial and commercial properties against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry. Clients include office buildings, residential properties, distilleries, financial institutions, telecommunications and manufacturing facilities, hospitals, and other organizations. Available schedule: Saturday 0800–1600 and Wednesday 0000–0800. The position pays $16.50 per hour. Walden Security describes opportunities for career growth and promotes from within.

Requirements

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Must possess an active Florida State Security Class D License.
