As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Pittsburgh, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors, document observations, and use computer or tablet tools as needed. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with site and Allied Universal requirements.
