As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Awareness in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at government facilities by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, public inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle activity in accordance with site-specific policies, assisting with visitor direction and entry procedures as assigned.
  • Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
