As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Site Security in Allen, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with visitors and team members, document activities using computer or tablet tools, and support a welcoming environment. Requirements

Have at least one year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and mall common areas, storefronts, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and policy violations.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
