As a Security Officer Unarmed Site Patrol in Catoosa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and communicate professionally with visitors and team members. You will support a welcoming, security-related environment while delivering dependable service through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal’s agile, caring, and innovative approach.

Requirements

  • A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate construction location.
  • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building areas, construction access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized entry, observing visitor and contractor activity, and supporting site access-control procedures.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports on patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
