Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional security presence throughout the property
• Monitor the office and retail complex and help maintain a safe, secure environment
• Conduct patrols and security checks as assigned
• Monitor access and assist tenants, visitors, and employees
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Complete accurate activity and incident reports
• Follow all company policies, post orders, and client-specific procedures
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security standards
