Leidos is hiring two Incident Responders to support a mission-focused cybersecurity team at the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Hopper Global Communications Center (HGCC) in Suitland, MD. In this role, you will serve as a digital first responder, helping defend the Navy's critical maritime intelligence networks against cyber threats. You will investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, contain affected systems, limit operational impact, and collect and analyze digital artifacts to support effective response and recovery. Working across the incident response lifecycle, you will collaborate with cybersecurity, intelligence, and investigative partners to help protect highly sensitive TS/SCI environments. These are part-time, weekend positions, typically scheduled for 24 hours per week. Each selected candidate will be assigned to one of the two regular weekend schedules: Weekend Day Shift (Saturday and Sunday – 0730 to 1930) or Weekend Night Shift (Saturday and Sunday – 1930 to 0730). For approximately the first two months of employment, both selected candidates will be required to work a full-time training schedule during the day shift, Monday through Friday. Following completion of training, one Incident Responder will transition to the Weekend Day Shift, and one will transition to the Weekend Night Shift. Occasional additional or alternate shift coverage may be required.
