As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor for retail-related concerns such as suspicious behavior, disorderly conduct, access issues, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, and communicate observations according to site protocols.
• Support closing, opening, and high-traffic operations by monitoring assigned areas, assisting with crowd management, and helping to direct customers and staff during incidents and/or emergencies.
