About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring an on-call Response Security Officer to provide security coverage at various sites around the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. The role varies by assignment and may include customer service, patrols, surveillance, and special-event coverage. Officers must be adaptable and willing to drive between sites. Open availability is required, and weekly hours are guaranteed. A valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21 are required.

The position pays $20 per hour. GardaWorld provides uniforms at no cost and offers career growth opportunities. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive to different sites around the metroplex.
• Have open availability.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Have a state license if required.
