About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer to provide security coverage in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Duties and assignments vary by day and special event and may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The role requires adapting to changing situations and covering call-offs across first, second, and third shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

The officer monitors and patrols premises, controls access, responds to incidents, documents events, and helps protect people and property. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended. GardaWorld provides a uniform at no cost and offers career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be available to cover call-offs on first, second, and third shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle report.
• Must be over 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must have a state license if required.
