Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities within a high-technology location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or potential security-related issues.
Monitor entry and exit activity at designated access points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report discrepancies according to site policies.
Support daily operations by completing routine reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and communicating clearly during shift changes, escalations, and/or emergency situations.
