As a Security Officer Patrol Associate in Irving, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support travelers and staff through strong customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and/or staff by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminal, facility, and/or perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and other security-related issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated locations to help support authorized access, observe activity, and communicate concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with crowd management, directional support, and other public-facing duties in a busy transportation location while maintaining awareness of security-related conditions.
