About The Position

As a Security Officer - Prestige Office Tower, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a prestigious financial institution location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, supporting access control, visitor management, and other security-related responsibilities. This stationary role calls for strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial services location.
  • Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, and following visitor management procedures for employees, guests, and vendors.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.
  • Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, maintain accurate visitor and incident records, and support daily front desk operations in accordance with location policies.
