As a Dispatch Professional supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor alarm and access-control activity, and dispatch appropriate response resources. You will help maintain situational awareness, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a professional environment through clear communication and teamwork. Requirements

  • Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures and supporting emergency response activities at a controlled aerospace and defense location.
  • Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and incidents to appropriate personnel in accordance with established post procedures.
  • Monitor communications systems, access-related activity, and alarm notifications, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining clear communication with personnel and supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports, and support regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter.
