About The Position

As a Security Officer with Active Clearance Patrol Detail in MOORESTOWN, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, and/or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery activity in accordance with location procedures.
• Support access control, communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed, and complete routine reports related to daily operations and incidents.
