About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer for weekend patrol duties. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, monitoring security systems, and spotting potential threats before they escalate. The position is ideal for individuals with strong observation skills and a keen attention to detail, working in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, or parking gatehouses.

Requirements

• Must have a valid DL
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a VALID DL with no restrictions
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Must have a valid driver's license clear of Restriction B
• Must be 21 years or older

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Posted at the Front Gate
• Responsible for checking visitors in and out
• Responsible for maintaining traffic flow at Front entrance
• Must stay at the post and shift until next coverage arrives
• Will be required to stand post for coverage along fence line of property
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
