About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Warehouse for an assigned logistics and distribution location in Henderson, Colorado. The position provides a designated weekly shift as a reliable base schedule, with a six-month commitment to that assignment. Officers may claim additional shifts through the company scheduling platform, potentially building up to 40 hours per week while retaining the option to scale back. The pay rate is $20.49 per hour.

The scheduled shift is Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The officer provides site-specific security and customer service, patrols facility and outdoor areas, monitors access, responds to incidents, and prepares reports. Applicants are subject to applicable background investigation and drug screening requirements. Licensing may be required under state or local regulations.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state and/or local laws and regulations prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Commit to the designated site and weekly shift assignment for six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees while following site-specific security procedures and policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and/or vehicle information.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and policy violations.
