As a Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol in Nampa, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. This unarmed officer role in a dynamic tech location involves conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver2s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a fast-paced technology location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions as directed, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.
• Support employees, visitors, and contractors with directions, assistance, and communication during routine operations and/or emergency situations.
