Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor access points, verify visitor, employee, and vendor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, and perimeter, with attention to restricted-access locations and telecommunications or technology equipment areas.
Communicate professionally with site personnel and visitors while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a positive workplace environment.
