You will manage access, monitor security-related activity, respond to inquiries, and help maintain an organized environment. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at a commercial real estate front desk by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Greet, screen, and direct visitors in a professional manner; maintain visitor logs, issue visitor credentials, and support access-control processes as assigned.
• Monitor lobby activity, building entry points, alarms, cameras, and/or other security-related systems from a stationary post; report unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate building personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and other required records while supporting a professional and welcoming lobby environment.
