Requirements

Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access protocols.
Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site policies.
Monitor the front desk area, observe incoming and outgoing activity, and report suspicious behavior, unauthorized access attempts, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
Assist with directing visitors, answering routine inquiries, and coordinating with building management, client representatives, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
