Requirements

  • Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access protocols.
  • Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site policies.
  • Monitor the front desk area, observe incoming and outgoing activity, and report suspicious behavior, unauthorized access attempts, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
  • Assist with directing visitors, answering routine inquiries, and coordinating with building management, client representatives, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
