Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols for a residential location.
• Monitor access to the property by verifying visitor information, maintaining guest logs, and/or communicating with residents and property staff regarding entry requests.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
• Observe front desk activity and report unusual behavior, maintenance issues, and/or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Support daily operations by answering questions, giving directions, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate records related to front desk activities.
