Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting visitors, employees, and/or vendors, verifying access permissions, and following site-specific policies for a front desk location within a financial institution.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, manage visitor check-in procedures, and document arrivals, departures, and/or unusual activity in accordance with post instructions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and following emergency response procedures when needed.
• Answer phones, provide directions, and support front desk operations while helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and consistent application of security-related procedures.
• Prepare reports on daily activity, access issues, and/or incident details, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as appropriate.
