Requirements

Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience, 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3+ years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
This is primarily a driving post.
Customer service experience preferred.
CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and customers at an automotive business location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, vehicle lot concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of vehicle inventory areas, parking lots, service lanes, sales areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe incoming and outgoing vehicle, visitor, and vendor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
