Titan Security is seeking a dependable and proactive Security Officer to oversee and enforce parking regulations at a designated lot. This role is responsible for maintaining a strong on-site presence and ensuring that unauthorized vehicles do not park overnight.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to remain attentive and alert for extended periods while stationed in a vehicle
- Independent post requiring a high level of accountability and professionalism
Nice To Haves
- 3 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position.
- Bi-lingual considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent and visible security presence at the assigned location
- Monitor and enforce parking regulations within the lot
- Prevent unauthorized overnight parking
- Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers regarding property restrictions
- Accurately document incidents, interactions, and daily activity logs
- Report issues, safety concerns, or non-compliance in accordance with company procedures
