Titan Security is seeking a dependable and proactive Security Officer to oversee and enforce parking regulations at a designated lot. This role is responsible for maintaining a strong on-site presence and ensuring that unauthorized vehicles do not park overnight.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
Ability to remain attentive and alert for extended periods while stationed in a vehicle
Independent post requiring a high level of accountability and professionalism

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
3 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position.
Bi-lingual considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide a consistent and visible security presence at the assigned location
Monitor and enforce parking regulations within the lot
Prevent unauthorized overnight parking
Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers regarding property restrictions
Accurately document incidents, interactions, and daily activity logs
Report issues, safety concerns, or non-compliance in accordance with company procedures
