As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a media and entertainment healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving role requires a valid driver’s license under Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and support a caring environment through teamwork, integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
  • Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
  • Must be able to restrain individuals.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, residents, and staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities at a media and entertainment location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production-related areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for incidents, patrols, and other security-related observations.
