As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency services as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, security-related concerns, and/or property issues.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe site conditions, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations.
  • Complete routine reports and documentation related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or observations, and follow Allied Universal post orders and site-specific guidelines.
