As a Security Officer Dispatch Driver in Freeport, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Dispatch Professional at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and support timely responses to security-related needs. You will maintain a professional presence, provide exceptional customer service, and help deter incidents through clear communication and attention to detail. This is a driving position. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
  • Monitor incoming calls, alarms, cameras, and communication systems; dispatch appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders in accordance with established protocols.
  • Receive, document, prioritize, and communicate incident information, service requests, and critical operational updates in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor and vehicle information, and other required records in accordance with site procedures.
  • Coordinate with site personnel, contractors, and responding agencies to support timely communication and response to incidents and critical situations.
