This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with site personnel and visitors, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors at a utilities location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, equipment areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate activity records.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
Help to deter unauthorized access, trespassing, theft, and property damage through a visible patrol presence and timely reporting of observed concerns.
