Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and support visitor management processes in accordance with location guidelines.
Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate observations clearly with coworkers, supervisors, and/or local emergency responders when appropriate.
