As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Irving, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support travelers, employees, and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. You will represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and innovative culture while working as part of a team and acting with integrity.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and airline personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, gates, baggage claim areas, parking facilities, employee access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established airport and site-specific protocols.
• Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, reporting unauthorized access attempts, suspicious behavior, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and communications accurately in required reports and logs.
