As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Agent in Coppell, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe daily operations to help to deter disruptions, support authorized entry procedures, and report security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional presence at the location by communicating clearly with staff and visitors, documenting observations, and following Allied Universal post orders and client guidelines.
