Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit points for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, verifying credentials, following visitor management practices, and supporting site traffic flow at the location.
• Support security-related operations within a manufacturing and industrial environment by observing facility conditions, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and assisting with post orders and site-specific procedures.
